Some feedback suggests minor adjustments in seasoning, but overall, Restaurant Olimpija is recognized as a reliable choice for hearty, satisfying meals in a welcoming atmosphere.
Best restaurant in town. Fantastic food and wonderful service. Typical montenegrin meals, freshly made and huge servings. I had fish soup this evening and was the best I have had in Montenegro. Their meat dishes are also the best, especially veal and lamb. Pizzas are also fantastic. We have been to Olimpija many times. My husband also believes their draft Nikšić beer are the best and freshest.
Very good food and economic prices, local food
The fish plate is delicious as well as the home-made wine.
I went to Olimpija with my husband with such great expectations. We were told that the lunch special lamb or veal was huge and you could not finish. So we thought we should order one lamb special and a pizza so we could taste both. First, the soup came, which was quite tasty. I am not sure if there is bouillon in it. I tasted something different. I hope it does not. Maybe a little less salt would be better. Then the lamb, bread and salad came. The lamb comes with roasted potatoes and there is a side cole slaw salad. The lamb was perfectly cooked and the potatoes were delicious. Unlike we were told, the portions were not huge. They were just regular size. I think for 6 euros, lamb, soup and Sala plus bread, the portions are just right. But, it wasn’t enough for me so next time I will just order lamb roast (350gr) and devour. We ordered Quattro formaggio pizza and loved it. Service, cleanliness and professionalism all first class. The music is also great but a bit loud. Maybe just a little bit turning down could help. Thank you Olimpija, kvala
Very tasty food, huge portions and great service! We really enjoyed it all the time we were in Kumbor
We had a great dinner here. Our waitor was polite, all the dishes we had were delicious and the pricing was OK. Unfortunately they have just a few outdoor tables, but the interior of the restaurant looks good.
Decent restaurant, great food with a number of local options, wine, beer, reasonably priced, great customer service, child friendly. Would stop here again while in the area. Located along the road, hence convienient as a stopover between Dubrovnik and Kotor, limited car park spaces available free of charge (at least during off season)
This place has great food. I took one star off because they smoke inside the restaurant. The breakfast is good.
